Dubai World Championships 2009

Byrne Equipment Rental helped golf pros and spectators alike get into the swing of things at the Dubai World Championships in November. Byrne was honoured to supply all of the grandstand seating, the standard and VIP ablution units, cabins, flexiloo units, containers, 3km of fencing, and much more to the prestigious sporting event.

The Championships, which were held at the Earth course at Jumeirah Golf Estates from November 19-22, marked the culmination of the Race to Dubai, which began just over 12 months ago in Shanghai.  The top 60 players from the European Tour competed for the Championship crown, which was awarded to number one golfer, Lee Westwood.
