Etihad Airways Grand Prix
When Abu Dhabi welcomed the first Formula 1 Etihad Airways Grand Prix to the region, Byrne was called upon to lend a hand. Byrne had more than 100 men working at the site in Yas Island throughout the racing event to ensure the smooth running and installation of lighting towers, generators, cabins, ablution units and many more items of its rental equipment. Byrne also worked alongside Flash Entertainments and supplied the complete set-up of equipment for the star-studded line-up of evening entertainment, including Beyonce and Aerosmith, in Yas Marina and on the Abu Dhabi Corniche.
This was a major event for Byrne and an absolute honour to be a part of. This was a job well done, congratulations to everyone who was involved.
