Junior Golf Development Programme
25 teams lined up for honours in the Pepsi Am in Dubai, organised by the Emirates Golf Federation, at the Dubai Creek Golf and Yacht Club on Saturday 23rd May.
Byrne Equipment Rental has been a major of the Junior Golf Development Programme for many years. Leading junior players and members of the UAE national teams feature in this traditional season-ending event along with invited guests and top teaching professionals of different clubs in the country. Each team comprised of five players, one professional, one junior and three amateurs, with the junior players leading their respective squads in a team scramble format.
"The intention behind organising this event is to recognise the achievements of junior golfers and the key role played by our sponsors in helping us to realise our goals during the season," said Saeed Albudoor, General Manager of the UAE Golf Federation.
